When new legislation was introduced in 1997, Bjerrefisk was one of the first companies to implement the full extent of the new HACCP programme.

As we had already worked along these guidelines, due to our market segment and customer requirements, Bjerrefisk was a step ahead getting government approval of our quality control programme.

The strictly defined customer requirements and demands have caused us to consider QUALITY even wider: Customer satisfaction through service, communication, delivery reliability and consistant follow-up are all integral parts of our quality concept.

It also includes a guarantee, that all imports are from EU, FDA and HACCP approved producers.
